Having Problems With the New App?
Following the release yesterday of the new PayAnywhere 2.0 app for Android our team identified a bug related to use of the app with the Samsung Galaxy S2 devices. In order to ensure the best possible experience for all PayAnywhere merchants we have temporarily disabled downloads of PayAnywhere 2.0 for Galaxy S2 users.
If you are an existing PayAnywhere merchant with a Samsung Galaxy S2, and you have already updated your app to version 2.0, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call 866-506-8566 ext. 1785 for additional assistance. The customer service team will work with you to restore the previous version of the app to your device, along with your merchant data. We appreciate your patience as we remedy this bug, and look forward to serving you.
We are working hard to get the S2 back on the supported devices list and will contact you directly just as soon as the updated version is ready for download.
